Do you offer a trial before purchase?
No, there is no trial before purchase. At $20 a month, we’re confident you’ll find a LOT of value in Lista.
Do I have to enter my credit card information before I can use the product?
Yes, during registration we will require your credit card in order to pay for the monthly subscription fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.
How much does Lista cost?
The Lista subscription is $20 per month per user. This grants you ongoing access to the platform and the ability to see the work of other users in your organization.
Case processing templates are available for purchase on a per-template basis. After purchasing a template, it becomes available for use by all users in your organization and it’s yours to use again and again. You only pay for each template once and can use it as many times as you’d like.
How do I purchase a subscription?
Your first user subscription will be set up automatically once you register. To add additional users, you will need to log in to your account by clicking here. Then you can make purchases in your Manage Account by clicking here.

How do I manage my account?
First, log in to your account by clicking here. Next, go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.
Will subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. You can edit your subscription, number of seats, or cancel your subscription any time. Go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.
What do I need to do if my account is suspended?
Please update your credit card information if your account has become suspended.
Can I change the number of users at any time?
Yes. Go to Manage Users under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.
What if I forget my username or password?
You can reset your password at the Login page. Your username is the email address that you used when you signed up.
Can I change my username or password?
Yes. Go to Manage Users under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page. From here, you can edit your username or password. Note that only an Administrator can perform this function.
Misc
Is there a mobile version?
Currently, Process Templates are designed to be edited on desktop or laptop computers only. Processes can be used on a mobile phone if desired.
